FIVE19 - A Year in Review 2018

It’s hard to believe that 2018 is coming to a close and wow has it been a year! We are proud and grateful to have worked with so many amazing clients and colleagues and look forward to what 2019 will bring.

Client News

Brandermill Woods launched their new TV and print campaign, “That’s How You Do Retirement” utilizing a humorous tone and highlighting the many amenities and activities awaiting residents at this amazing community. Like Derek always says, we do creative like no one else and this campaign is a true testament to that statement.

We are deep in the trenches of marketing the opening of The Vista at CC Young in Dallas, Texas, an addition that will completely transform the existing campus. The opening of The Vista will expand CC Young’s Assisted Living, Memory Support, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation and Adult Day Center. In addition, FIVE19 developed and launched a new logo and website for CC Young. As an organization, they wanted to highlight and clearly communicate what they have to offer their residents and community. Immersion into the CC Young culture, residents and team members helped us create a clean, concise brand package, providing prospects and their families with the information they are looking for.

Earlier this year, FIVE19 launched marketing automation campaigns for 11 of the Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America communities. Tailored, relevant content nurtures prospects through the decision-making process, helping PMMA stay top of mind and a valuable resource. A prospect’s individual engagement with a community determines the assets they receive, hopefully addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

In The Market

As LeadingAge National donors and Elite Platinum Sponsors for LeadingAge Virginia, FIVE19 headed to Philadelphia and Roanoke for their annual meetings. The relationships and connections we have formed through these two amazing organizations keeps us truly connected to the senior living industry and how we can better serve communities, residents and families. We partnered with SenioROI and hosted our first annual Rooftop Reception at LeadingAge National. It was great seeing everyone who was able to attend. See you in San Diego next year!

Margaux & Derek attended the annual SMASH Senior Care Sales & Marketing Summit in Chicago, connecting with new and old friends and diving into what’s new in the senior living industry. As trends evolve and change, we strive to be at the forefront of anything that may benefit our agency and our clients. Looking forward to next year’s conference in Vegas!

Earlier in the year, FIVE19 launched a new website, updating the look and feel of who we are. As a tight knit group, we wanted to portray who we are not only as business partners but individuals. Go check it out!

Lora Portsche was promoted to Junior Art Director in September. A social media guru and inspiring creative, Lora brings a tremendous skill set to the FIVE19 team. Her dedication and never wavering penchant for learning inspires not only our team but our clients as well. Lora is entering her third year with FIVE19 and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for her! Click here to learn more about Lora.

In May, we hosted our office warming party and many that are close to us with lots of great food, drink and conversation!
