Wow, what a year it has been for FIVE19 and our clients. We had the pleasure of working with new and seasoned clients and some of the industry’s brightest minds. Check out what we have been up to!

Client News

Here are just a few highlights of the exciting work we have been doing for our clients.

FIVE19 successfully helped Dallas based CC Young open The Vista, their new center for Assisted Living, Short-and Long-Term Care, Adult Day Services, Memory Support and Rehabilitation. The Vista offers state of the art amenities including a therapy pool, multiple dining options, and rehabilitation center.

FIVE19 embarked on a new relationship with Methodist Retirement Communities based out of Houston Texas. In addition to supporting 6 of MRC’s 7 existing communities marketing needs, we also helped MRC successfully onboard new community acquisition, Mirador, in Corpus Christi with a library of new imagery, beautiful new collateral as well as a branded direct mail campaign.

“You leave the work to us, we’ll leave the fun to you.” FIVE19 created this concept for Brandermill Woods to showcase all of the fun residents have when moving into the community. TV spots and print ads highlighted household objects that would no longer be utilized in a humorous, tongue-in-cheek manner, encouraging prospects to engage with the brand. We also completed testimonial videos for both Independent and Assisted Living for use on the website, highlighting residents and team members on why Brandermill Woods is the place to be. We are growing and so is Falcons Landing. The Terrace Homes Expansion project, 24 spacious luxury apartments in two new buildings, is underway and we are excited to be a part of it. FIVE19 launched several email marketing campaigns geared towards prospects looking for this active, independent lifestyle and sense of community. Falcons Landing will continue their community refresh with a new website launching soon, be on the lookout, you will love it!

FIVE19 launched new websites for Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America and all 18 communities in 2019, refreshing the brand as a whole, in addition to collateral, digital assets and more. Elevated brand presence, recognition and overall occupancy has improved and we look forward to continuing to see the fruits of our relationship with them.

New Additions

Our team was lucky to partner with several new clients this year, growing the FIVE19 family!

We became the agency of record for The Village at Providence Point – A National Lutheran Community, a blue-sky project in Annapolis, Maryland. Marketing automation was launched, encouraging prospects to meet with the team for a consultation while also educating them on why The Village at Providence Point is the next best thing in senior living in beautiful Annapolis, Md. Additionally, priority event invitations were designed helping fill most priority club events. Next stop? A brand-new website, stay tuned!

We also began working with Montereau in Tulsa, OK, hitting the ground running with the “Work less, live more” campaign that included tv and print. Marketing automation will continue closing that gap, enabling the sales counselors to see where each prospect is in the decision-making process. View our television commercial for Montereau here.

We were excited to begin working with and becoming sponsors of LeadingAge Georgia and developing their new website. We not only love to support our partners organizationally but creatively as well. Be on the lookout for this new site and we look forward to attending the LeadingAge Georgia Annual Meeting & Expo in March!

Nestled in Franklin, VA, The Village at Woods Edge has a lot to offer. In November, we began working with this gorgeous community; first up – a two-day community lifestyle photo shoot. Images captured will appear on a new website, sales collateral, in digital strategies and more. We look forward to continuing work with this special community.

Team & Culture

It’s been a busy year and you know what means, new team members! FIVE19 hired Sydney Sheets, Associate Designer & Matt Lawrence, Creative Production Manager in 2019.

Sydney Sunshine, as we like to call her, brings joie de vivre to our culture on a daily basis. Energetic and passionate, Sydney supports our team in all things creative. With a fine arts & graphic design degree from James Madison University, Sydney is committed to helping our clients achieve their goals. Click here to learn more about Sydney.

Matt brings a wealth of experience and organization to FIVE19 and our clients, helping to create and implement new processes and procedures to help improve overall efficiency in our organization. A graphic design degree from Virginia Commonwealth University coupled with immense organizational skills keeps everyone on track.

People weren’t the only additions to FIVE19. Mia, the miniature dachshund, joined the team as well! Derek’s family welcomed their furry friend in the Fall and the team loves when she visits the office.

Travel & Conferences

In June, Marketing Manager, Margaux Sprinkel, spoke at the LeadingAge Virginia Annual Meeting & Expo in Norfolk, VA in June, presenting on “Marketing Automation: How to be in 100 Different Places at Once.” Focusing on staying connected through automated marketing, Margaux helped attendees understand the benefits of marketing automation and the importance of knowing where prospects are in the prospect journey. FIVE19 has been a long time Platinum Elite sponsor of LeadingAge Virginia and we were proud to be a part of this conference in a different way this year. At this year’s conference, Margaux will present “Marketing Automation and the Power of Understanding the Prospect Journey” in Roanoke in June!

Viva Las Vegas! Derek and Margaux attended SMASH – Senior Care Marketing & Sales Summit in Las Vegas in September, networking and connecting with some of the industry’s brightest. Everyone at FIVE19 constantly strives to grow and learn and this was a great place to do just that. FIVE19 sponsored welcome and registration signage, giving us the opportunity to show off our creativity in a marketing, superhero theme.

Partnerships with senior living organizations are very important to our business. In February, we attended Greystone’s Sales Adventure in Ft. Worth, TX. Becca, Derek & Margaux spent several days attending sessions and immersing themselves in Greystone’s philosophies and how they help their client’s achieve success. FIVE19 works with several Greystone clients and the opportunity to connect and better understand processes was immensely helpful.

Sunny San Diego was the perfect place for the LeadingAge National Annual Meeting & Expo. In addition to meeting old and new friends, we hosted our second annual reception at Volcano Rabbit, networking and spending time with current and potential clients and friends. We look forward to this year’s conference in November!

We want to thank everyone who has been a part of FIVE19’s success and growth in 2019 and we look forward to what 2020 has in store for all of us!
