2017 is coming to an end and man has it been an exciting one for FIVE19. Our team and clients have accomplished much to be proud of and we are excited to share this with you.

CLIENT NEWS

Brandermill Woods, a longtime client and friend of FIVE19’s completed a three year, multi-million-dollar expansion project that has been in the works since 2013. A new wellness center, expanded clubhouse and 93 new apartments with state of the art touches completes the community everyone is talking about FIVE19 created and executed a multi-faceted marketing plan and strategy that guided a multi-phased expansion, including print, digital and a TV campaign. All 20 health care community rooms were filled before completion, 17 apartments leased in phase 2 and 75% of the expanded community was pre-leased before ground breaking took place.

One of our newest clients, Presbyterian Manor of Middle America (PMMA) came to us with the challenge of expanding their prospect funnel. In a heavily saturated market, they needed to bring brand awareness. FIVE19 created a direct mail piece to seniors and their families in and around Olathe, KS, inviting them to a one of a kind event. The Olathe Trolley Tour began at Aberdeen Village, inviting attendees to see the community, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and meet team members, followed by a history heavy trolley tour of the city of Olathe.

10,000 custom created direct mail pieces were sent out to the residents of Olathe and the surrounding areas with 125 RSVP’s. All trolley tour times were booked and of the 125 RSVP’s, 75 were new prospects.

FIVE19 learned the demographic and interests of the Olathe, KS residents and created an event that not only created brand awareness for Aberdeen Village, but an educational event for prospective residents and their families.

FIVE19 also launched a “Cut the Cost” campaign for Aberdeen Village, a seminar for prospects covering how senior living can fit into any budget and the benefits and value of transitioning to a senior living community. The campaign which included a direct mail garnered 43 attendees and 18 new leads in addition to rejuvenating the entirety of their database.

IN THE MARKET

FIVE19 continued partnerships with LeadingAge National as Donors and Elite Platinum Sponsors for LeadingAge Virginia, playing large roles in both annual meetings in Norfolk, VA and New Orleans this year. Being a part of the organizations that are leading and evolving the industry we have so much heart and soul in is an honor.

It was at the LeadingAge National Annual Meeting that FIVE19 debuted a new logo in addition to the announcement that a new website was in the works. Growth brings change and that’s exactly what we are working on, practicing what we preach. 2018 will bring a whole new look to the FIVE19 website to complement our snazzy new logo.

NEW FRIENDS

Speaking of growth, we have begun relationships with several new clients including Falcons Landing in Sterling, VA, Presbyterian Manors of Middle America in the Southwest US and C.C. Young based out of Dallas, TX. We are so excited to see our work with these new clients take shape.
