Description
FIVE19 Creative, a leading marketing and advertising agency, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with them. This position requires excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of client accounts and serve as their primary point of contact
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase retention and satisfaction
- Participate in brainstorming and creative sessions to develop new and effective marketing strategies
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify potential areas for improvement
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure successful and efficient execution of campaigns
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on project status and gather feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency
- Experience in senior living marketing, traditional advertising, direct marketing, cable/broadcasting or similar media environment is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits.
