FIVE19, a leading marketing and advertising agency, is seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to join our dynamic team. As our Associate Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts, strategies, and designs that align with our clients' brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about design innovation and possesses a strong background in marketing and advertising.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Ensure creative concepts and designs align with client business goals and brand identity.
- Direct the development and execution of creative projects from concept to final production.
- Manage and mentor creative team members, providing performance feedback and supporting their professional development.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas and concepts.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and implement best practices.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design or a related field.
- 8+ years' experience in creative or art direction positions.
- A strong portfolio that includes campaigns, direct mail, print collateral, and website design.
- Ability to inspire, direct, and develop creative teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of brand identity, design theory, and marketing principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated track record of successful campaign development and execution.
