Director of Client Services


FIVE19 Creative, a leading marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead our dynamic team. As the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction while overseeing the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns. To be successful in this position, you must have a customer-centric mindset, a passion for marketing, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.


  • Strategic point of contact for senior living clients and establish strong relationships.
  • Work with the creative, marketing and digital teams to bring solutions to prospective clients and to sustain and grow the business of current clients.
  • Mentor and develop the Client Services team and direct them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, foster knowledge-sharing across all disciplines internally to ensure collaborative and informed work.
  • Encourage art directors to implement creative solutions.
  • Implement proprietary and 3rd party tools into the planning process.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations and the Creative Director to implement an effective process and information flow between client services team and other disciplines.
  • Contribute to client’s business growth by identifying new opportunities.
  • Foster a productive and empowering working environment.
  • Provide the team with all necessary tools and training to improve core expertise and continued career growth.
  • Build a team to deliver company business and revenue goals.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance in building client P&L.
  • Will lead multiple projects at once and ensure strong integration across the organization.
  • Ensure that managers and coordinators are fully trained on all aspects of planning and audience reporting; will require use of research tools, as well as excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Build and maintain client annual marketing budgets.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in account management in a marketing or advertising agency setting
  • Proven track record of exceeding client expectations and driving successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including experience leading a team of account managers and project managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management tools and platforms
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits.
