In a heavily saturated market, PMMA sought to grow brand awareness and increase their qualified prospects funnel. FIVE19 stepped up to the challenge and focused on Aberdeen Village, a community in Olathe, Kansas.
FIVE19 created a direct mail piece to seniors and their families in and around Olathe, inviting them to a one of a kind event. The Olathe Trolley Tour began at Aberdeen Village, inviting attendees to see the community, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and meet team members, followed by a history heavy trolley tour of the city of Olathe.
10,000 custom created direct mail pieces were sent out to the residents of Olathe and the surrounding areas with 125 RSVP’s. All trolley tour times were booked and of the 125 RSVP’s, 75 were new prospects.
FIVE19 learned the demographic and interests of the Olathe, KS residents and created an event that not only created brand awareness for Aberdeen Village, but an educational event for prospective residents and their families.
