Following the success of reaching occupancy in the independent living community, Brandermill Woods made the decision to embark on a four phase expansion project, greatly expanding their footprint and offerings to the senior living population in Richmond, VA. Along with that exciting decision, they were met with challenges such as pre-leasing goals, pre-construction communication and maintaining the strategic branding plan FIVE19 had recently implemented.
The expansion has garnered a 93% occupancy rate over the three year renovation, with website inquiries, phone calls and other requests for information all from a TV campaign launched by FIVE19. In addition, all 20 health care community rooms were filled before completion, 17 apartments leased in Phase 2 and 75% of the expanded community was pre-leased before groundbreaking took place.
