As an Account Manager at FIVE19, Allison Waters anticipates client needs, keeps projects moving and makes sure no detail is overlooked. Proactive by nature, she enjoys coordinating teams, solving challenges and keeping clients informed every step of the way. 

Originally from Beaufort, North Carolina, Allison studied Teaching English as a Second Language at Liberty University. Her career has taken her through industries ranging from casino gaming and juvenile justice to generator operations, but senior living ultimately drew her back after previously serving as a Corporate Director of Marketing for Harmoney Senior Services in Charleston. For Allison, one of the best parts of the work is getting to meet the residents behind the communities FIVE19 serves.

Now living in The Fan, Allison and her fiancé enjoy Richmond breweries, Dave Matthews concerts, hiking river trails and Flying Squirrels games. She’s also a self-described foodie and wine enthusiast who makes a mean tomato pie, once ran a dive bar bocce league and hopes to someday study to become a certified sommelier.
