As Project Success Manager at FIVE19, Rachael Holland helps keep projects on track, teams aligned and clients informed. She enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving work, solving problems and finding better ways to collaborate. 

A Chester, Virginia native and graduate of William & Mary with a degree in marketing, Rachael has built her career across the advertising, pharmaceutical, biotech and senior living industries. Along the way, she's supported major brands including Samsung, Nintendo, Allstate, GEICO and Walmart. Those experiences sharpened her ability to navigate complex projects across a wide range of clients and industries. For Rachael, the best part of the job is collaborating with talented creative and marketing professionals to solve problems together.

Outside the office, you'll often find Rachael hiking in Shenandoah National Park, catching live music or watching movies. She's close with her family and enjoys spending time with her autistic nephew, often building Star Wars LEGO® sets together. At home, she's also outnumbered by her two tabby cats, Oliver and Mercedes.
