As Operations Manager at FIVE19, Tori brings a big-picture perspective to the processes that keep the agency moving. She enjoys looking across departments, identifying opportunities to work more efficiently and creating solutions that help teams collaborate more effectively.

A Detroit native, Tori studied sociology at Wayne State University before beginning her career as a Program Manager at a marketing firm. She eventually moved into project management, combining her interest in people with an ability to step back, see the bigger picture and improve the way work gets done. A role at The Martin Agency brought her to Richmond, where she now lives on the city's Northside. She's also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Away from work, Tori enjoys running, golfing, building LEGO^® sets and catching live music. She's completed the Richmond Marathon twice and loves traveling anywhere warm with a beach and great food. At home, she spends time with her dog, Blu, and credits her father, a longtime General Motors engineer, with teaching her to think critically and approach challenges with an analytical mindset.
