Our solution: Inject a good dose of Gen Z envy and a whole lot of fun into the messaging.
Enter “Camo.” Instead of focusing on residents, this 2022 campaign followed two curious 20-somethings who’ve heard rumors about the incredible lifestyle at Brandermill Woods. And they want in! Disguised in increasingly ridiculous disguises and getups, they attempt to blend into the community, only to be hilariously outwitted by sharp-eyed residents at every turn.
The result? A fresh and playful campaign that flips industry expectations and positions Brandermill Woods as a place so lively and appealing, even the younger crowd wants in.
