We answered with “The 7-Day Weekend,” a musically driven campaign inspired by the freedom of life without chores. Built around an original country-themed track, the campaign embraced the joy of letting go of traditional homeownership responsibilities and leaning into the perks of community living. Our team led the lyrical and creative direction, turning everyday tasks into catchy, relatable verses.
The results? A campaign that led to a measurable increase in call volume, with Brandermill Woods reaching 80% occupancy by the expansion’s grand opening. The original song even generated frequent download requests from enthusiastic prospects.
