Fleet Landing is Northeast Florida’s premier Life Care community, just minutes from Jacksonville’s vibrant culture and serene beaches. We began partnering with Fleet Landing in 2020 to support the expansion and fill-up of new Independent Living and Assisted Living residences, as well as highlighting updated dining and wellness spaces.

From the start, we brought nimble, creative strategies to lead generation and branding — and have continued to evolve our approach over the years with high-performing campaigns. In 2023, we produced a TV commercial designed to immerse viewers in the energy of community life. Using breath as a guiding sensory thread, from a deep inhale during outdoor yoga to a gasp of delight at a live performance, we created a dynamic, human-centered story.

The result is a rich, tangible glimpse into the upscale lifestyle Fleet Landing offers, told in a way that feels effortless, elevated and real.
